This was my first time going to Allen’s Automotive Center and I was very satisfied. I found them on the internet and went because of all the good reviews that I read. My car was shaking, not accelerating, and the check engine light was on. They performed a diagnostic test and found out the problem. Car is no longer shaking, it’s accelerating, and the check engine light went off. Keeping my fingers crossed, but so far so good. I will be going back again and recommending them to others also.

600 miles away and trying to help someone out in a world where it is hard to find folks who will listen, trust and help. Allen did just that. Arranged a tow, then repaired, then followed up with invoice. No upfront card hood required just honest helpful service. It is comforting to see it still exists. Thank you for the help.

They took time to check out my oil pressure problem to pinpoint which direction to go . Allen kept me posted as they went and the repair was right on! I didn’t say it was cheap but it FIXED on problem. What if they had just started changing parts what would the cost have been?
