I had been a customer at Allen's several years ago and was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle but I bought an older Silverado at a place that had a repair shop also so I started having some maintenance done there. Long story short they worked on our 2009 F150. They used sub standard parts and did very sloppy workmanship on it and just about ruined the truck. Allen uses all the correct Ford parts installed the right way. It runs like a new truck. He explained to me maintenance is the name of the game with these modern vehicles. He will tell you the truth. I highly recommend Allen's Automotive.
