Allen’s Automotive worked on my 08 Chrysler 300 and he was on top of the problem, I appreciate that to the upmost. Thanks again and I will return for my schedule oil change.

Recently my 2016 Ford F-150 FX4 had a bunch of warning lights come on while driving home. I called my normal repair shop, and he recommended Allen's Automotive Center. The reason was that my normal repair shop was not equipped to deal with reprogramming electronic control modules, and that seemed likely with my truck's symptoms. I called Allen and set up a time to come by. Allen called me back multiple times to update me on what he was doing, what he had found, and an estimate of what the repairs would cost. True to his estimate, he had the repairs done by the time he said and at the price he said. In verifying the repair work, Allen found another problem on my truck. Allen went above and beyond working with me to identify options for getting this other problem resolved even though it resulted in me having the truck towed to a dealership to get that repair under warranty. Allen is knowledgeable, professional, and followed the Ford installation requirements specific to my vehicle. I have already recommended another friend to go see him, and I would encourage anybody else who is looking to do the same. I read all these reviews on the website, and I thought to myself, "is this too good to be true?" The answer is no. Allen did an amazing job with me, and I would have no reservations about using his garage in the future.

AC went out on my Expedition and Allen worked it in to his full schedule and had it ready the next afternoon. Really appreciated his efforts as it was during the hottest week of this year.

I have been taking vehicles to Mr Allen for over 25 years. He has done simple fixes up to installing transmissions and most recent repair he installed a motor for us. I truly appreciate the personal service and thorough way he handles everything. Ge always explains what he recommends and gives us options. Thanks Mr Allen
