I have used Allen's for many years and I have never had any problems. When something is not right with my vehicle I have in the past gone to other shops and I always come back to Allen's. His price is fair and my vehicle is running today because Allen's keeps it going. Keep up the good work.

Experience and Integrity is still alive and well ! If you love your car like I do then this is the only place I recommend. In the age of feeling like your getting over charged and not getting good quality care for your car. Allen's stands above the rest ! There is a reason he's been in business as long as he has ..... No frills and no double talk.... Just honest good quality car care .... Just don't have that anymore. Well I looked for days to find someone that was willing to handle my convertible. Not only did he handle it ! He fixed it ! And didn't feel like I got ripped off ! You have a loyal customer from now on ! Thanks again for taking care of my sweet ride !

I heard about them advertising on 98.1 and after my extended warranty people sent me to 2 different shops that didn't fix the problem the second shop made worse. So I thought that I would try them out and was very impressed not only at the knowledge and professionalism but how quickly my car was repaired and how easy the fix was. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone

Allen's is simply the best! I was travelling from Wisconsin to New Orleans when I could tell I had a bad wheel bearing. When I asked a local where the best auto shop around was. She said Allen's without hesitation. So that's where I went. Not only did they fix my car and get me back on the road with in a few hours. It was also great to meet Allen. I'm a pretty good judge of character and he's a great one. If I lived anywhere near Memphis I would go out of my way to go to Allen's. Here's the best thing about the entire experience. I am about an hour away from New Orleans and I get a call. It was Allen! He called to make sure everything was running good and I was safe. Great guy! Honest hard working American with some great stories while you wait. Thank you Allen's

I couldn't not be more impressed with the level of professionalism over at Allen's. Allen had my car for the entire day last week, picked it up the next morning and still had some issues. I took it back to him and again he had it all day, but the car was fixed and he didn't charge me a dime since I had just paid the day before. He also called me on my way home to make sure the car was running good. Extremely nice guy. Will be back. Thanks Allen!
