I've been going to Allen's since November 2012. My first visit was because I had won gift cards from 98.1 The Max. I haven't been to another car place since! Allen treats you like family and doesn't BS around. Before he does any work on my car he always let's me know exactly what is going to be done. If he runs across a problem I didn't know about, he'll give me all the information first and then tell me to think on it and get a second opinion if need be. But, I've never needed to because the service there speaks for itself. You can spend $20 on an oil change at a chain/corporate place - but you won't be paying for quality. As a small/independent business - his work HAS to be superior for him to even be in business. Word travels fast. If he and his team weren't great at what they do, they wouldn't have the regular customers that have been going there for years. I drive about 30 minutes to go to Allen's and it's always worth it. I'll be a customer of his until I don't have a car anymore! 😉 Thanks Allen & the team for always being so nice and helpful! -Addison Hare

My car was in the worst condition possible. Now, it runs like a brand new vehicle. I could not have had better results.

I have recommend Allen's Automotive to co-workers and friends for the past 25 years. Not one customer I recommend was unhappy with the quality of work performed and felt the price they paid was fair and stated they would return in the future, if needed.

My simple oil change was handled quickly and without drama. No pushing for extras on their part.

I did like the way they didnt call me back. The guy told me he would call back when he found out the price of thevan l before fixing it. First when i talk to him over the phone he said around $300.00 then next $500.00 then the finally price was $722.00. I also call him first and everytime I call to check on van he gave me another price. He was very unprofessional. He when on and fix the car without let me know exactly what i need and whether I want to pay that much. He went head and fix it anyways because he knew I had to pay it. I believe he didnt need all the parts that he put on the van and later after I got the van back i notice a he got a separate key that he didnt need. I would never go back for services and this place things werent right.

Allen knows what he's doing, very professional and gets the job done!!
