I'm very happy with the work done on my car. I will continue to bring my car to Allen's.

Allen's Automotive did a wonderful job after my daughters car broke down at 240 and Perkins. Allen arranged a tow to his shop, tested and replaced the alternator. He was great to keep me informed and went out of his way to get it replaced quickly and reasonably. It is the only place to fix my cars from now on.

The service was excellent. It did not take Mr. Allen a long time to finish the job.

I was informed of needed repairs with cost. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Truck runs well. I am a repeat customer and will come again.

I was surprized at the service of this company. I have been use to most shops not really caring about their customers and doing less than par service. With the sincerce service I recieved I will be reurning to Allen's for all my automotive needs.

Having a 10 year business truck with moderate miles driven 'gingerly' daily, there are things that can come up. I appreciated Allen's extra effort in diagnosing the problem. He offered suggestions as to the fault, but went the extra mile and after a closer look found a faulty injector (instead of a valve or cylinder problem). Even with computer diagnostics, readings can only identify an area of a problem, not the specific cause of the problem. His teams' further investigation was greatly appreciated and cost much less than an engine overhaul. I feel the extra effort saved me money and deserves an excellent rating.

I've been going to Allen for work on my 12 year old car. Over these two plus years he's been providing the most dependable repair work I've ever known. I get a call describing the problem and price before work begins and on one occasion was told the work I thought was needed wasn't. Allen runs a fair business, doesn't overcharge, and absolutely doesn't try to convince you that work needs doing if it doesn't. He's the reason I drive PAST at least twenty other mechanics to get to his shop.
