After our van broke down at the Graceland parking lot we knew we needed a quick fix since the vehicle functions as our home on the road. Being from Belgium, we didn’t know a good garage nearby so we looked up the garage with the best reviews and are very happy we did! Allen treated us from the first moment as more than ‘just another customer’ and let us wait in his office while he was looking for replacement parts. Because we are from Europe it was impossible to get the parts right away and since we didn’t have the time to wait on parts Allen used his knowledge to make sure our van would hit the road again without any troubles. Our car is perfectly fixed for a very reasonable price. We are Mr. Allen very thankful for his patience with our car and mostly his hospitality to us! If we ever visit the USA again, we'll make sure Allen is our first stop!!

Thank you so much Ananda & Fien for choosing us and trusting us with your 2005 Ford Transit made in Europe. Thanks also for giving us a lot of history on your country of Belgium. Carried auto to another shop first for repair of cooling system leaking. They said I needed a new radiator - wanted over $1500.00 to repair. My son said to carry it to Allen Automotive. Mr. Allen, replaced the radiator for much less. He also replaced front brakes and rotors and still was less than the first shop wanted to repair just the radiator. I was able to pick up auto the next day. Will only trust my cars to Allen Automotive when repairs are needed in the future.

After being charged over a thousand dollars at the gmc dealership and my problem still not being fixed I was told I needed a new wire harness that was no longer made anywhere. I am so thankful Allen's automotive was referred to me by another shop. They took the time to go over each issue and explain the causes and effects with me. My truck has never ran better and is a complete joy to drive now. I am now a lifelong customer and will bring all of my vehicles to Allen's automotive for all their service needs. when you find a highly skilled, fair, and honest mechanic after being done wrong by another Its truly a Godsend and I am so thankful to all the mechanics at Allen's automotive.
